Small renal stones


Small renal stones
Diagnosis: → clinical picture of renal colic.
                 → abdominal sonar.
Treatment:
Drugs to decrease stones.
Analgesics or antispasmodics.
Alkalinization of urine.
Antibiotics if infection.
Instructions for patient.
1- Drugs for stones → sham cap. 1×3. After meals.
                          → cystone tab. 1×3. After meals.
                          → urinex cap. = rwatinex cap. 1×3.
2- Analgesics or antispasmodics → voltaein olfen oflam 50 tab. 1×3 after meals.
                                                 → buscopan = spasmocin = spasmopyralgin tab. 1×3 before meals.
                                                 → urisept tab.
3- Alkalinization of urine. (see crystals in urine)
4- Antibiotics if infection. (see pyelonephritis)
5-Instructions for patients → decrease eating foods as Tomato, mango and strawberry which are rich in oxalate.
