* May be acute appendicitis, acute cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis ....................

* Tenderness all over abdomen.
* Rebound tenderness.
* Guarding.
* X ray in erect position → if air under diaphragm → perforated peptic ulcer.
Treatment:
