Intestinal Obstruction

Diagnosis:

1- Absolute constipation (no fluid - no flatus).

2- Abdominal distension.

3- Colic.

4- Vomiting.

* It is important to do per rectum examination.

* X ray in erect position multiple air fluid levels

Treatment:

* Refer the patient to a Surgeon or a hospital with surgery department.
